Position: Senior Manager - R&D

Educational Qualification & Exp - B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical) with 08 - 10 yrs of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Product Design & Development in Switchboard Basic group

2. Offer creation, Product variance I improvement based on market feedback

3. Type testing/Certification for Switchboard and Switchgear/control gear products

4. Technical support to Marketing and Manufacturing

5. Application of Lean Six Sigma techniques

Functional Key competencies:

1. Design and Development of IEC61439, Part 1 and Part 2 products

2. 3D modelling (Pro-E CREO, )

3. Understanding of Electromechanical design, CAE simulations (Ansys/ Pro-mechanica) and basic understanding of switchgear products.

4. Coordination with various cross functional team, Understanding of Six Sigma tools.
