We are seeking a highly skilled digital strategist to develop and lead the digital marketing strategy for our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy and driving the execution of marketing plans at a global level. You will build and develop a team of digital specialists and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and deliver results.

A day in the life

  • Develop Digital Strategy: Take charge of designing, planning, developing, implementing, and managing global digital marketing initiatives for our team. Achieving success means working closely with collaborators across functions, both globally and regionally.
  • Execution Oversight: Support strategic and tactical approaches to demand generation (lead generation, new contact acquisition, revenue generation), using paid and organic search, display, and social media. Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve return on investment and achieve target metrics. Experience amplifying video to deliver impactful customer engagements and results across these channels is a significant advantage.
  • Team Leadership: Offer guidance, mentorship, and leadership to digital specialists. Enhance the digital abilities of the broader marketing organization through mentoring and education. Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture within the team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leaders and global marketing collaborators to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies. Engage closely with partners to apply standard methodologies, demonstrate data-driven recommendations, and make use of shared resources to drive the success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and find opportunities for continuous improvement. Regularly report on data and performance indicators to collaborators.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Use market research findings to inform strategy development and tactical execution.

Keys to Success

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience

  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability in digital marketing with experience in delivering results in both eCommerce and lead generation
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns to engage, inform, and motivate prospects to take action
  • Experience leading and driving web content optimization, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Demonstrated project management experience to deliver projects from concept to execution, measurement, and reporting
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, tools, and techniques, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00-$185,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
