As a Sr. Manager Product Marketing, you will lead our interior and convenience applications business development in software defined vehicles and grow our Traveo Microcontrollers sales. Does this sound exciting? If so, please apply today!

Job description:

In your new role you will:

  • Lead our interior and convenience applications business development in software defined vehicles and grow our Traveo Microcontrollers (ARM) sales.
  • Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, manage preferred design houses, software, tooling and security partners.
  • Create and release our next generation of automotive RISC-V MCUs.
  • Establish and develop trusted relationships with key OEM/T1'sengineers and decision makers, working side by side with our sales and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with global product lines and regional Sales, Field, Product and System Application Engineers on strategies and best practices impacting our business growth and VUE's strategic direction.
  • Creating market studies, five-year plans and introduce next generation solutions, and lead early customer engagements with the global product team
  • Key member of regional marketing team developing new concepts, innovation projects influencing our application and product roadmaps.

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have

  • B.S./ M.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent in physics
  • 10-12 years of design experience as an Automotive electronic hardware and/or software engineer.
  • Understands Automotive Compute needs, networking from small safety MCUs to large Microcontrollers with ample security, safety and networking peripherals.
  • Works with System on Chip partners, Headquarters and Product Application Engineers to create reference designs that have a high content of Infineon's compute, power, sensors and software.
  • Exercises Functional Safety (ISO26262) trade-offs and is familiar with security practices found in ISO21434.
  • Enjoys presenting to explain complex topics in customer meetings and at technical conferences.
  • Resolves complicated business challenges, leads their team to new awards and demonstrates a strong desire to manage their business.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions, and work closely with Infineon Sales and Business Unit partners.
  • Inspires others to follow their vision despite an uncertain future and a continually changing list of requirements.
  • Self-motived to learn and take on new topics which may arise during the course of business activities

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $ 158,240 salary per year

Maximum of $ 217,580 salary per year

In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
