About This Role
As a Warehouse Material Analyst at our Research Triangle Park (RTP) facility, you will be essential to our Labeling and Packaging operations for bottles, vials, blisters, and syringes, playing a key role in delivering life-changing therapies to patients. This position offers a unique chance to engage in both the startup and ongoing operations phases, providing a well-rounded experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine your skills, gaining hands-on experience during our dynamic startup phase generating processes and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You'll Do
- IdentifyĀ and implementĀ continuous improvement opportunities within Oracle and WMS that will deliver efficiencies that lead to standardization and productivity; improvements in both inventory and material flow across warehouse(s) as well as to create and deliver training in support of improvement in transactional discipline (Real Time Allocations)
- IncorporateĀ into warehouse procedures process improvement updates, manageĀ warehouse procedure periodic review process and approveĀ warehouse procedure changes.
- WMS/ERP Superuser and supportĀ Materials Management and Warehouse operations in designing and testing enhancements of the EBS system. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Oracle, providing the following capabilities: Responsible for investigating and resolving Oracle related issues, troubleshooting warehouse transactional discrepancies, provide applicable Oracle training to warehouse staff and supports cycle counting process.
- DevelopĀ of warehouse related KPIās. Focus includes capacity analysis and space utilization, recommending solutions to mitigate potential capacity constraints. Works closely with the functional stakeholders to ensure developed KPIās are structured to drive production and warehouse process improvements.
- Pull, pack, and shipĀ finished products, samplesĀ and other materials according to applicable SOPās. ProcessĀ Move Orders for MFG and Labs in the WMS as well as receive and process drug substance and drug product from manufacturing per procedures
- ReceiveĀ all GMP items on an electronic inventory system and verifyĀ count, vendor item, number and expiration date against item specification and purchase order prior to printing the bar code label. OperateĀ Powered Industrial Trucks, safely
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus 7 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- 3 years of ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
- Technical writing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Adaptable to changing needs and demands, comfortable navigating a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work as part of a team.
