In this role, you’ll partner with the Marketing, Sales, Design, Product, and Insights teams from our global offices around the world to develop and execute marketing programs for expansion markets in EMEA that leverage our own platform and products to educate and inspire our clients through world-class business marketing. 
 

Working from our London office, you’ll lead strategy and planning efforts for our EMEA region to drive awareness and consideration of our business solutions for businesses looking to advertise on Snapchat. Your mission is to educate, inspire, and ultimately help grow expansion markets in EMEA. This is a highly cross-functional role working across multiple teams, where you will act as the regional business marketing lead for the expansion markets in the EMEA region. We are looking for an experienced marketer with a self-starting attitude who has a proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position reports into the Partner Marketing Manager, Scaled Marketing. This is a full-time position based in London.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for expansion markets across EMEA, such as Kuwait and Finland

  • Maintain ecosystem partner engagement in EMEA by conducting related marketing campaigns from planning to execution

  • Develop content and manage social media communication in the EMEA expansion markets

  • Partner with Global Business Marketing to localize Vertical Playbooks and Global Narratives for the EMEA expansion markets

  • Develop messaging and market positioning for Snap targeting key expansion markets in EMEA

  • Increase advertiser consideration of Snapchat by developing high-quality content for key events, case studies, videos, and marketing collateral that demonstrate the value of Snapchat to advertisers and partners and develop a scaled distribution plan (i.e. webinars, email, blog posts, PR, etc)

  • Develop and execute a calendar for events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities, ensuring that Snapchat has a strong industry presence in EMEA expansion markets

  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Business Marketing, Design, Creative, Sales, Translation, Legal, Marketing Science, Product, Product Marketing and Metrics teams to guide creative execution of deliverables

  • Manage local vendor relationships in EMEA

  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and the ROI of its expenditures

What we’re searching for:

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience developing strategy, positioning and messaging for a brand or product in an advertising agency or marketing organization

  • A track record of success in regional and international marketing roles, B2B or B2C

  • A superb track record for project and program management, cross-functional leadership, and  team management

  • Experience managing and executing events 

  • Storyteller with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations that demonstrate client value

  • Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials 

  • Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to internal groups, and a deep proficiency in brand building

  • Travel required for marketing events, as needed

  • Fluent in Arabic (preferred)
