As a Sr Procurement/Sourcing Specialist, you will:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on procurement activities.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in procurement or sourcing, ideally within a global organization.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in German language

Role requires travelling about 30 %.
