The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the right products to move our business forward. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products.

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams, ensuring that the product organization is equipped to scale and grow consistently and with low friction. You will work on strategic programs across the entire Product organization, including new product launches and fundamental workflows. You'll help set the tone for making high-quality, data-advised decisions. You will also help to scale product knowledge and expertise throughout the organization.

You will be tasked with identifying and executing opportunities for product growth, process improvement, and sales and marketing insights. In return, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the transportation industry. What You'll Do

  • Define and build processes to operationalize our product strategy 
  • Drive continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering, and business stakeholders teams
  • Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product
  • Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
  • Collaborate with key partners (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare the product for launch and drive maximum impact
  • Track core business metrics related to the product
  • Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch
  • Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvements
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the team’s internal capacity

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years experience as a program manager in Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations
  • Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc)
  • Experience driving projects end-to-end and bringing synergies across organizations at all levels
  • Experience working effectively with remote/offshore teams
