Overview

The Sr. Real Estate Representative, New Restaurant Growth, is responsible for the strategic oversight of Chick-fil-A's real estate deployment strategy within their responsible market territories.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee market strategies for developing new store locations
  • Collaborate with Market Strategy/Research to develop, update, communicate and execute market strategy
  • Perform field review, analysis, and site selection efforts for market strategy implementation Select, manage, and leverage real estate brokerage relationships for maximum efficiency and impact
  • Developing and maintaining industry relationships
  • Primary responsibility for ensuring store openings goals are met at market level
  • Oversee site plan optimization in coordination with engineers, architects, Design and Construction
  • Collaborate with Development, Design, Existing and Reinvestment to evaluate, communicate and execute market strategy deployment
  • Collaborate with Design and Construction in optimizing development approval timelines to store openings
  • Assume primary negotiation responsibility in coordination of purchase and lease agreements with Real Estate Legal
  • Serve as the primary Real Estate contact for Owner/Operators and Field Operations relative to new store locations
  • Attend Field Operations and Owner/Operator meetings as required
  • Serve on the Area Support Team (Core Team) to represent New Restaurants' growth strategy, to be an effective team member to partner on field facing solutions for Operators, and to travel to markets within the Area Support Team.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of real estate deal making experience
  • 5 years of Deal Making Experience in new site selection
  • Prior urban and suburban real estate deal making experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Certification
  • Master's Degree
