As the Embedded Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, provide business insight from a range of business data, and are a guru with business intelligence and sales automation tools.
You will work alongside the Embedded Executive Management Team, Sales, Partner Success and Corporate Revenue Operations. You are exceptional at collecting, analyzing and reporting data that provides visibility into performance, trends and opportunities for change management. You possess deep knowledge of operational processes such as sales funnel optimization, and sales tool tech stack.
What you'll be doing...
- Develop the business reporting cadence and generate appropriate business reports and dashboards to enable insight across all functional areas, measuring and tracking everything from marketing impact, pipeline generation, opportunity management, account management and partner success.
- Manage forecasting methodology and participate in weekly forecasting alignment meetings, including the generation of 12-month rolling forecast reports, dissected by business area (New Logo, Expansion and Royalty).
- Design and generate executive business reports to support monthly and quarterly review cycles and OKR’s.
- Analyze and enhance end-to-end sales processes, identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuous focus on best practice sales operations strategies to maximize the effectiveness of reporting and real-time metrics availability.
- Act as the Embedded Business sales funnel subject matter process expert and liaise with the CRM Administrators to implement CRM enhancements as required by the business.
- Document sales processes, data flows, standard operating procedures, and project-related requirements to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
- Lead change initiatives related to the adoption of new processes, and be subject matter expert for sales tool stack, i.e. Gong, OutReach, CPQ, SalesForce.
- CRM hygiene of embedded leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and tasks.
What you'll bring to the table...
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Expertise with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce, including SFDC certifications.
- Strong background and understanding of sales funnel, from Marketing to Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales processes, content and tools e.g. Gong, Salesforce, Sales methodology (i.e. MEDDPICCC) and sales engagement/prospecting tools (Outreach, Sales Navigator, Highspot)
- You are a graduate of a degree/diploma within business administration, commerce, marketing, IT or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 8 years of proven experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations roles.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is 108,000 - 130,000 / year + bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
