Location/Division Specific Information

This role is based in the United States, where you will provide top-tier support to our customers through our Unity Lab Services division. Our team is ambitious and dedicated to delivering flawless service, tailored to meet the specific needs of each laboratory we support.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a related laboratory setting.
• Proven experience in customer service is advantageous.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborative skills to work with various levels of personnel at customer sites.
• Proficient in using handheld scanners and data entry systems independently.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

• Primary work at customer sites, requiring independence and the ability to handle chemical-based allergens.
• Use of personal protective equipment as required.
• Regular lifting of 30-40lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
• Use of equipment like pushcarts, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move up to 100lbs.
• Regular standing, walking, and manual material handling over extended periods.
• Ability to work in varied temperature environments.
