Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting key talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies and initiatives including performance management, 360-degree feedback, employee onboarding, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness. Additionally, you will play a key role in bringing Horizon's award-winning culture to life by creating and implementing approaches to sustain and enhance Horizon's top quartile employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across Talent Management, HR, and Communications teams to implement key processes including performance management, team effectiveness, and meeting effectiveness
- Design, execute and assess onboarding for a rapidly growing international organization and identify and implement improvements to existing onboarding programs
- Support manager effectiveness initiatives including managing and producing monthly all leader calls and employee development learning events
- Build long term relationships with key stakeholders by managing expectations through appropriate contracting and ongoing dialogue and feedback
- Plan and execute Horizon culture events by creating engaging programs for Horizon employees which reinforce our culture.
- Execute change management plans in support of Horizon's talent and culture transformation initiatives.
- Lead and manage key external vendor relationships as necessary
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, talent management, organization effectiveness, or communications functions
- Preference for 1 or more years of consulting experience in change management and/or talent management
- Demonstrated strength in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for a variety of audiences.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand communications deliverables.
- Technical savvy and comfort utilizing Webex and the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel), with basic knowledge of MS SharePoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines required to support our growing business and the multi-faceted nature of the role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems and handle complex details. Uses independent judgment and takes initiative in absence of specific directions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong ability to stakeholders across the organization.
