The IC Design team is searching for a hands-on, team oriented, IC design engineer with strong analog expertise. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for the design and verification of mixed-signal integrated circuits that implement innovative touch sensing and mobile display driver, and touch-display-integration (TDDI) technologies. We are looking for a self-motivated experienced engineer, working closely with our architecture, digital, test and applications teams

Responsibilities include:
- Help define products, and architectures for human interface devices
- Run behavioral simulations to verify architectural choices and tradeoffs
- Design of mixed-signal blocks, carry out detailed analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis using both hand analysis and computer simulation
- Work with cross functional teams to introduce new products, ensure good yield and manufacturability
- Drive silicon evaluation and characterization
- Prepare support documents
Required Qualifications
- MSEE+5 years with focus on analog/mixed circuit design
- Strong background in transistor level analog/mixed circuit design
- Experience in sensor analog front end design including low noise amplifier, switched capacitor circuits, filter, & ADC(low power/high resolution)
- Strong background in silicon process
- Strong background in analog signal processing
- Solid system level design knowledge
- Experience in full chip integration/verification
- Experience in SoC design flow
- Proficient in high level modeling tool such as Matlab, Verilog-a.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in touch controller is a plus
- Experience in delta-sigma ADC is a plus
- Experience in HV MOS design including DC-DC boost converter, DC-DC negative converter, and LDO, regulator is a plus
