Pay Range: $127,512 - $ $192,463

Schedule: Hybrid or possibly Remote

Purpose

The role is responsible of ensuring the successful delivery of new customer experience and digital solutions through overseeing testing and change management activities.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing strategies and plans, execute test cases, and ensure successful deployments of new solutions. They will also manage the change management process to minimize disruption and ensure smooth training as well as adoption of new solutions by stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and methodologies for new customer experience and digital solutions• Lead the testing team in executing test cases, tracking defects, and reporting results to stakeholders• Collaborate with customer services organization to ensure that testing plans reflect customer experience feedback and incorporate real-world usage scenarios• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, BAs, External vendors & partners, and development teams to establish acceptance criteria and ensure testing coverage aligns with business requirements• Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including test planning, execution, and signoff• Manage the change management process, including communication plans, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards• Monitor testing and change management performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership• Continuously improve testing and change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to develop their skills and capabilities

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field• 10+ years of experience in business testing and change management in a customer experience and digital solution environment• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful testing and change management activities• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies• Demonstrated ability to manage complex testing and change management initiatives• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Experience in the utility industry is a plus
