Sr. Windows Administrator

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara or MX City.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's in computer systems, Informatics, or similar.

Intermediate-Advanced English

5 to 8 years of engineering experience focused heavily on designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining secure server environments. Experience with: Powershell, VDI - Horizon, CohesityNetApp storage, TCP/IP; Active Directory; Exchange; DHCP/DNS; Microsoft operating systems. Familiar with a variety of server monitoring tools.

The Role:

Under minimal supervision, responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise-wide Windows 2019 Infrastructure, Citrix, NetScaler VPX environments and EPIC EMR Client Services Support. Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Maintains data files and monitors system configurations to ensure data integrity. Senior level requires very little, if any, day-to-day supervision. Is considered an expert in the technical aspects of networks and servers and makes solid, and well thought out, technical recommendations to a designated manager and the Director of Infrastructure Operations. Provides guidance and direction to less-experienced Systems Engineers.
