Sr. Director, Digital Ad Operations

As the Sr. Director, Ad Operations for Advance Local, you will lead a local market ad operations team in all aspects of digital strategy execution, optimization and workflow. You will ensure achievement of KPI's and support best-in-class production innovation and local market revenue goals. Additionally, you will execute targeted top client campaigns and assist with client calls to ensure retention and growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide full oversight of local market digital ad fulfillment.
• Manage staff of Analyst and Sr. Analyst and Directors in our largest sized markets, providing training and development opportunities for current and existing processes and holding them accountable for KPI's and continuous process improvement.
• Support staff in the full digital fulfillment process, from pre-sale strategy, to client calls to post sale processes.
• Personally handle full execution of the highest, top tier digital campaigns (5-10 max).
• Distribute workload of campaigns between local staff and enterprise Ad Ops staff.
• Maintain direct (weekly) communication with Solutions Directors and oversight on Virtual Support campaigns they are managing for the local market.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s with staff for QA and to provide oversight on campaigns.
• Intercede on an "as needed" basis on potential Tier 1 client calls requiring more technical and strategic insight to help progress a revenue deal or maintain 85% retention levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative and Marketing Leaders.
• Collaborate with peers for knowledge sharing solution best practices and market/regional innovations.
• Monitor KPIs on an ongoing basis and make adjustments as appropriate to ensure success of the team.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Minimum 8 years' experience in advertising process management, including 5 years' experience managing teams
• Expertise in complex digital strategy, platform execution and optimization techniques
• Demonstrated understanding of Ad Operations processes with proven experience and success in leading change management
• Demonstrated leadership in process improvements and customer satisfaction
• Proven expertise in successfully handling the most complex and largest digital campaigns
• Ability to develop and train staff to excellence
• Ability to work virtually and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders/groups
• Ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on analytical findings
