We are looking for a new Sr Consultant to join our Global Tecnology Enablement (GTE) team in our Center of Excellence in Argentina.
What you will do in this role...
- Provide coordination and oversight to countries, act as escalation point (Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina) for financial & portfolio management, vendors and expense management, strategic initiatives, annual planning, and ADM Tooling, WoC, Agile Capitalization.
- Coordination of Regional Investment Committees (ITIC). Support regional transformation to transition from current Investment Committees to regional LPM including Portfolio Syncs.
- Regional Support on Financial Planning:
- LatAm countries Financials consolidation, variance analysis, follow ups. Preparation of regional reports for GTO Finance reviews (Actual/Forecast/Annual Plan). Regional decks preparation for Annual Planning Regional reviews with LatAm CIO, CEO and CFO.
- Regional coordination for delivery on GTO Finance requests and meetings participation.
- Partner with TBMO on Transfer Pricing views for countries and region, rationales on cost increases to support CIO with CFOs discussions, identification of cost optimization.
- Regional Support on Global Tecnology Strategic Initiatives (T3, Dev Prod, Leg Mod), including:
- Participation in monthly and ad hoc meetings (global, regional and country specific)
- Consolidation of Strategic Initiatives monthly forecasts to create total LatAm reporting, metrics, views and analysis.
- Benefit and costs tracking for each Strategic Initiatives. Financial execution reporting, including accounting view vs execution view vs PAR.
- Preparation of PARs and Reinvestment asks (eg LegMod), including regional reviews with stakeholders.
- Regional Reporting on:
- LatAm Tech Quarterly Efficiencies realization in partnership with Procurement, tracking and reporting.
- LatAm Change and Run: monthly Change financial reporting (BAU & Reinvest). Quarterly Change portfolio reporting (including YTD actuals)
- LatAm ADM TOR Metrics reporting (financial and ADM metrics) for each portfolio.
To help you succeed, you need to have...
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, logic formulas, and functions such as VLOOKUP, data validation, named ranges, conditional formatting.
- Demonstrated strength in conducting analysis of large data sets and preparing clear summaries.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively across all levels in the organization.
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, training and certifications
- Upper Intermediate to Advanced English skills
And it will be a plus if you...
- Experience with Apptio Software as a Service platform.
- Experience using enterprise scale data analytics software solutions such Apptio, Qlick, and Power BI.
- SAFe/Agile Exposure.
- Knowledge of IT services and best practices related to financial management processes such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/ infrastructure support.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains, including data centers, network/ communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, application development, and end-user services.
- Broad experience in the financial services industry
- Relevant certifications.
