Sanction Scanner is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, building strong employee relations, and contributing to our mission of creating a safer financial world.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in HR or relevant internship experience
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR softwares like Workable
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
