What is My Impact?

The Senior IT Developer (Sr. Oracle ADF Developer) is responsible for development, programming, coding of Information Technology solutions. Create and maintain new ADF controls from web services and Java components.

What are My Key Responsibilities?

This list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.• Worked on ADF business components like View Objects, View Accessors, View Links, associations and application modules.• Create ADF Data Controls from Web Services and Java Components. • Create SOA business rules for validations and approvals to satisfy business requirements.• Create Oracle Web Center content custom metadata, profiles and rules.• Tune application for high availability.• Debug and provide solutions for issues in production environment.• Create SOA business rules for validation and approvals to satisfy business workflow processes.

What is Required?• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.• 6+ years' related work experience, including progressive work experience in a programming or application development role• Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures• Proficiency using versioning tools• Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems• Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills• Flexible team player• Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities• Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance• Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment• In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle• Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language• Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio• Proficiency using debugging tools• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy• Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff• Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness

What is Preferred?• Java, J2EE, JSF, Oracle ADF Faces, HTML, XML, JDBC, JSP, and EJB. • Extensive experience in working with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for developing Oracle Custom Web Applications.

The Federal Government and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) may require applicants to have lived in the United States for a minimum of three (3) out of the last five (5) years to be employed with the Company. These years of residence do not have to be consecutive.
