Job Description

The Yum! Brands' IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team is seeking an IT GRC Sr. Manager. The IT GRC Sr. Manager will oversee key functional areas and initiatives of IT GRC and be accountable for assessing and reporting the overall risk posture for Information Security at Yum! Brands. This role will further assist in developing an information security risk management strategic framework comprised of strategic principles, objectives, supporting domains, capabilities, and enablers (people, process, and technology). This role is accountable for operationalizing risk strategy and rationalizing security plans and goals into programs and projects that address enterprise-wide risks, improve information security capability maturity, and support long-term strategic initiatives. This role can be based in Louisville, KY or Plano, TX working in a hybrid environment, coming onsite 2-3 days/week.

Salary Range: $148,700 to $175,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:

• Provides input to the strategy and directs the execution of information security risk management program at Yum! Brands
• Oversees the day-to-day operation and management of programs, operations, initiatives, and projects in the IT GRC space.
• Partners with Brand and Market security teams to ensure the GRC program is providing appropriate and timely services across all global brands and markets.
• Drives information security risk management activities, including policy and standards development, information security and compliance control assessment, security awareness and training, third-party/vendor risk management.
• Drives the development, documentation, and presentation of cyber security awareness, education and training for the enterprise and Brands.
• Partners with leadership and subject matter experts (SME) to develop, review, and revise information security policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Provides reporting data and metrics to leadership to highlight and monitor risk and security posture.
• Partners with Brand/Market Security Leads to assess, document and monitor security controls requirements/compliance for systems that process confidential or business critical data.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer information systems
• Proven experience and knowledge of IT GRC and/or IT Security risk management programs, including integrated security governance, risk and compliance management
• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GIAC or CISM certifications
• At least three (3) years management experience of risk programs and teams in a complex security environment
• Experience in owning and managing security projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities
• Demonstrated project and change management skills
