About the Role:

As the Sr. Manager of Revenue Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and driving strategic initiatives to accelerate top line growth for Dr. Squatch. You will partner with company leadership to help identify, organize and execute against complex strategic issues (e.g., should we prioritize one-time purchases over subscriptions, how to merchandise to drive highest order values and LTV, how to re-engage existing customers to boost LTV). You will play a leading role in the Marketing organization, and work closely with our Product, Operations, Growth and Web teams to devise successful solutions and processes that are built to scale. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of Squatch HQ in Marina del Rey, CA.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

What You'll Do:

  • Deeply understand unique customer journeys, decision drivers and value of subscription and one-time customers to identify optimal customer type mix
  • Craft retention and LTV optimization strategies for both subscription and one-time customers
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to validate market opportunities for new products and develop marketing strategies to encourage new product adoption and expand share of wallet
  • Evaluate product and marketing performance and develop recommendations to improve overall effectiveness
  • Support additional key strategic projects as needed

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree – ideally in Business, Marketing, quantitative or technical field
  • Very strong analytical skills (incl. mastery of excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining detail orientation and strong organization
  • 4+ years combination of strategy consulting and start-up experience
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint skills preferred
