Position: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Roles & Responsibilities • As a Salesforce Sr. Developer you will work directly with the clients to develops and deliver key components of technology solutions. • Hands-on experience with design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in declarative customization, APEX, Lightning Components, data modeling, Integration (REST/SOAP), Integration Patterns, and data migration.• • Provides mentoring and guidance to team members, including offshore team members.

• Release and environment management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparison and version control.

• Work directly with cross-functional team if required.

Required skills: • Passionate and highly motivated Sr. Salesforce Developer with at least 4+ years in Salesforce CRM. 8+yrs IT experience. • Extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and integration of Salesforce CRM applications • Experience on various implementations on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud platforms and/or Experience Cloud • Must have experience in Apex, LWC, Batch Integration and Configuration. • Experience automating complex business processes using declarative features such as workflows, approval process, Process Builder, Lighting Flows and Flow Triggers • Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture • Experience defining business processes, identifying risk and conducting risk analysis, providing baseline acceptance criteria and deliverables • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in an agile team-oriented environment • Candidates with prior nCino knowledge or experience is highly preferred.
