About the Role

We are hiring a Senior SEO Associate to enhance Rula's growth marketing team through data-driven search engine optimization strategies. In this role, you'll work closely with content creators, designers, and engineers to enhance our online presence and drive impactful growth. You'll be responsible for optimizing web content, analyzing performance data, and implementing SEO best practices that directly contribute to our mission of improving mental health access. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a measurable difference in how users discover and engage with our offerings. Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in SEO in an in-house role or an agency developing and executing optimization plans

• Experience with SEO management tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau

• Proven track record of improving SEO metrics such as page ranking, traffic, and conversion rates

• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience

• Passion for mental health

• Experience with emerging SEO technologies

• Certification in advanced SEO or growth marketing topics
