Location: Shackelford IM/FM Practice, SSM Health
Position: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician
Overview: Join a collaborative practice consisting of three physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Currently, only one of the physicians is accepting new patients. This position offers the opportunity to build your practice quickly by taking over an existing patient panel and welcoming new patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Perform in-office non-invasive procedures.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 call rotation.
- No inpatient or hospital rounding is required.
- Ensure continued access to the current patient panel and offer additional access to new patients.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Ability to perform non-invasive procedures in an office setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
