That's where you come in.
We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting activities related to vendor payments and payment systems management for the Enterprise business of SpotOn.
Responsibilities:
  • Weekly vendor payment processing
  • Manage AP email and all communication with vendors
  • Process and management of Concur expense reporting
  • Monthly credit card reporting
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in month end close process: balance sheet reconciliations, month over month
  • Variance analysis, monthly accruals, AP aging review
  • Other ad-hoc accounting projects (month end close, analysis, audits, etc.)
  • Daily and weekly cash, AR, AP, and inventory reporting

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting position or related role
  • Proficient using excel formulas (sumifs, vlookups, etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience using Concur or other expense reporting software
  • Experience working with start ups or in a fast paced office environment a bonus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Netsuite or other ERP systems a bonus

Compensation:
  • Our base pay range starts at $75,000 -$95,000 for this role
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
  • Offers will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience.
