WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the research and analysis of general ledger account variances.
  • Development and maintenance of recurring Journal Entries.
  • Preparation of assigned month-end account reconciliations accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Provide proactive analysis and support to the finance team.
  • Maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley documentation.
  • Provide requested internal and external audit documentation.
  • Prepare Ad Hoc data requests and project work as requested.
  • Back-up others as needed in the primary accounting center environment to help with workloads as appropriate and to ensure work is completed timely and accurately.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
  • 2+ years accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle, JDE or similar operating software package.
  • Experience with OneStream a plus.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
  • CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
  • The ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
  • Must display flexibility in regard to overtime during periods of peak activity.
  • Must be an excellent teammate, a self-starter who is looking to grow professionally, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
