Job Title: Staff Strategic Product Manager

Location: Hybrid (Palo Alto, CA)

Summary:

The Staff Strategic Product Manager, you will drive the development and launch of innovative cloud and AI-based healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and potential partnerships based on user and market research, competitive and reimbursement analyses, and clinical value. Responsibilities:

• Own and define detailed roadmaps for cloud software and AI applications within the context of the Hyperfine ecosystem and own the end-to-end life cycle of conception through customer implementation. 
• Conduct user interviews, perform market research, and evaluate the competitive and reimbursement landscape to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.  
• Develop and maintain product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.  
• Prioritize and rank potential solutions and develop business cases for use cases.  
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs and ensure features work according to product specifications to meet customer needs.  
• Engage a core group of stakeholders, both internal and external, to inform, validate and shape the cloud and AI product roadmap. 
• Work closely with product management and leadership teams to develop and support the go-to-market strategy.  

Knowledge & Skill:

• Ability to make informed decisions that drive product success and business growth based on user and market research.  
• Experience developing business plans. 
• Ability to translate and articulate complicated business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements. 
• Ability to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. 
• Experience working on products across the full product lifecycle (conception, development, go-to-market, and post launch support). 
• Proven written and oral communication skills and ability to influence colleagues. 

Education/Experience Required:

• BS in engineering or relevant field and typically 12 years' experience (or equivalent if MS or PhD)
• 3+ years Software Product Management experience with a history of defining and launching cloud and AI-powered medical devices.   

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work long hours and execute under pressure with short turnaround times 
• Ability to speak, write, and use all office equipment including scanner and printer, phone, computer, etc. 
• Ability to drive and operate the Hyperfine scanner.   
• Ability to travel to the Hyperfine office locations and customer sites up to 35% of the time.
