Position Summary
Serves as the first contact for the department.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • • Tracks and completes communication-related tasks under the guidance of the Student Communications Coordinator and Manager
  • • Sends messages and helps collect relevant information/data for each message (link tracking, creation and organization)
  • • May create or collaborate on student communications strategy tracking and assists in data collection for ease in evaluating communication strategies and campaigns to determine their effectiveness
  • • Creates content across many channels that adhere to CNM communication standards
  • • Handle outreach to external teams to collect data on success/attendance for events or programs.
  • • Assists with the identification of appropriate audiences for messages and list segmentation and message timing
  • • Reports and/or collaborates on reports of annual and monthly messaging
  • Provides back-up coverage for other office staff.
  • Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Must be successfully enrolled in a degree program.
