Storm and Sewer Drain Install/Lining Lead

Job Summary The Install/Lining Lead is responsible for advanced installation tasks and performing pull-in-place lining for residential and commercial applications. This role includes mentoring apprentices, troubleshooting installation and lining issues, and managing Install and lining jobs independently. Responsibilities • Lead and assist with residential and commercial pull-in-place lining installations (2"–6" pipes). • Troubleshoot lining issues and ensure proper curing and alignment. • Support cleanout installations, sewer rerouting, and temporary/permanent line setups. • Train and mentor apprentices on lining techniques and job quality. • Maintain job site cleanliness, tool safety, and equipment readiness. • Accurately complete job documentation and communicate with the Operations Manager. • Follow all safety protocols and attend team trainings to build technical skills. Skills • Proficient in pull-in-place lining techniques for 2"–6" pipes • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Proficient knowledge of sewer system layouts and cleanout installations • Ability to read and follow job plans, codes, and safety procedures • Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively • Effective communication with team members and customers • Strong attention to detail and commitment to job documentation • Ability to train and mentor apprentices • Reliable time management and coordination with supervisors • Commitment to job site cleanliness and safe work practices Join our team as an Install/Lining Lead where you can make a significant impact on our production efficiency while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic work environment!
