STP Process Analyst

Job Description Summary

As a STP Process Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of STP metrics and the department's end-to-end reporting. Additionally, you will cooperate with other Process Analysts on projects conducted within the STP area. You will be also asked to perform deep dive into the data to support our critical or new activities. Be ready to liaise not only with colleagues from your own Team but also with our stakeholders across EMEA region.

About the role

We would like you to actively collaborate with your colleagues and the leadership in the following areas:

• Regular and ad-hoc reports and data analysis
• Process automation and continuous improvements
• Issue management and STP process support

About you

• Nice to have experience/understanding of STP operations and a good understanding of its processes
• Analytical skills
• Great attention to the details and data accuracy
• Very good level of English and
• Advanced level of Excel is required

Additional Skills but not essential:

• VBA, Power BI, Power Query, SharePoint,
• Any (or more) of the following: Power Automate, PowerApps, Basics of SQL and/or Python
• Communication skills and problem-solving attitude
• Improvement-focused attitude
