Strategic Buyer.

• Oversees purchasing activities for a specific group to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner.

• Runs pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies. Reviews current agreements to find opportunities for renegotiations that can assist with more competitive pricing or terms.

• Executes products and services purchasing according to procedures and instructions.

• Responsible for procure and expedite urgent materials for our company's manufacturing processes.

• Contacts vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.

• Location: Virtual.

About you:

• Bachelor or university degree.

• Two to five years of experience.

• Knowledge of procurement practices.

• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• English proficient.

• Capable of working with large excel files on daily basis.

• Proactive and able to manage job urgencies.

• This role is for the commodity of PCBA/ Electronics components/ Cables, a candidate with experience in procure and locate materials on the distribution market is preferred.

• Job is available for Virtual/Remote work within Mexico Country but it requires travel occasionally to suppliers or Littelfuse Plants.
