What you will do:

Responsible for enhancing strategic communication efforts to support business initiatives and strategies to engage internal audiences. This position will work closely with the communication team to develop and execute communication plans, craft engaging content and ensure our messaging is consistent, clear and resonates with our audiences.

• Coordinate planning, creation and distribution of divisional communications through the appropriate communication channels and platforms, ensuring transparent and effective communication for target audiences.
• Write, edit and proofread various communication materials to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice.
• Communicate urgent and business critical communications to various audiences across appropriate channels in a timely manner with attention to detail.
• Maintain divisional distribution lists to target messages to the appropriate audience(s).
• Manage and update content on the company intranet and other channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Assist with the execution and tracking of the divisional content calendar, helping maintain timelines while securing and managing resources.
• Contribute to the development of creative and editorial review protocols and processes.
• Respond to routine inquiries for information.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent application of visual and verbal brand identity guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, utilizing insights to make data-informed decisions and optimize strategies for improved engagement.
• Maintain a high degree of self-motivation and generate fresh ideas. Keep current with communication trends, tactics and strategics to inform future recommendations.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0+ years of work experience required
• Experience in communication creation is highly desirable
• Experience working with Marketo is a plus
