Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g. search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
- Experience working with brands and brand or performance marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with C-level communications planning within a media agency environment.
- Experience in leadership with the ability to work through ambiguity with your team.
- Knowledge of YouTube, video, TV, Display and an understanding of engaged pitching and objection handling.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, production, training, and delivery of business plays aligned to the assigned sector.
- Advocate communications planning and pitching best practices across Google and work with your sector Leadership team to embed these behaviours in the team.
- Partner with cross functional specialists including analytics, design, measurement, sponsorships, creative, etc. to bring cross-product solutions to clients.
- Create existing sector specific business plans, aligning with senior leads to execute with operational excellence.
- Deliver business through a list of customers, work alongside specialist sales managers and Industry Managers to pitch directly to our biggest opportunities.
