Job Description
The Strategic Consultant, Investor will be assigned to a Senior Account Director and tasked with supporting and executing strategic plans for some of Sensor Tower’s largest Investor accounts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer interactions, delivering insightful analysis, and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Please note: This is remote, but we are hiring specifically in the New York areas because this is a big employee hub for us. We have office space available for work collaboration and team building events. Business partners within these geographical regions are involved with agency relationships and customer interactions.
Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
What the Strategic Consultant will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and messaging apps.
- Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to users, empowering them to effectively utilize our platform’s features and capabilities.
- Ensure clients are fully equipped to leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
- Assist Senior Account Directors in executing strategic plans for client renewals and upsells.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive account growth and retention.
- Field and address questions from users within client accounts, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Drive overall customer satisfaction by expanding engagement beyond immediate users and fostering deeper relationships across the organization.
Experience the candidate can bring:
- Be able to work from our WeWork office 1 - 3 days a week.
- 2-4 years of experience in the financial services or tech sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering.
- High level of situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM softwares, and other relevant tools.
