Collective Health is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager to help drive the initiatives most impactful to the Customer Experience teams. In this role, you will work closely with organizational leadership and various business stakeholders, serving as a thought partner in coordinating and collaborating internally on the design, execution, and measurement of initiatives that impact customer experience. You will lead and track various projects that support the overarching strategic plan for Customer Experience to execute on our customer experience strategy.

  • Partner with Customer Experience leadership to establish, manage and measure short-and long-term strategic priorities
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects – or project owners with complex deliverables – in support of executing on key Customer Experience initiatives
  • Own and drive functional operating meetings
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains
  • Represent Customer Experience perspectives internally to drive processes, cross-functional collaboration, and communications to the broader teams / organizations
  • Autonomy / Ownership
  • Independently manage & execute on CX initiatives while supporting key stakeholders
  • Develop cross functional relationships, primarily with operation and business leaders
  • Effectively communicate strategy changes and needs to best inform key stakeholders of roadblocks and future budget needs
  • Leadership / Influence
    • Developing people leader with ability to proactively make changes in supported business units to positively impact results
    • Ability to lead, influence and guide other individuals, teams, across the organization
  • Communication
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort communicating with VP level stake holders

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working within a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Wide-ranging experience in back-office and customer service operations
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and execution within the healthcare or tech sectors.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, think strategically, and make data-driven decisions.
  • High degree of autonomy. Must be able to take high level objectives and drive results to completion.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GSuite).
  • Previous Service Design Experience is a plus.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology, including electronic health records (EHR), telehealth, health information systems, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

 

Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA and Lehi, UT).

The pay rate for an internal position takes into consideration multiple factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity as compared against peers. $126,800—$158,500 USD
Lehi, UT Pay Range
$102,000—$127,500 USD
Plano, TX Pay Range
$111,200—$139,000 USD
