Impact of the role
We view our "sales team" differently at Dubsado. We believe our most valuable asset in sales, is word of mouth from our Users. Your role as our next Strategic Partnerships Associate Manager, will be to focus on further developing community and serving our Dubsado Certified Specialist program. This isn't a glorified affiliate program, this is a program that consists of up the top 100 highly qualified Dubsado experts who have tested in to be accepted, and as as bi-product of their services, also sell Dubsado organically. They are an extension of the Dubsado team, our tens of thousands of users look to them for guidance, and we support them as part of our team every step of the way.

Responsibilities• Keep in constant connection with our Certified Specialists to engage, build relationships, anticipate needs, mitigate future issues, and creatively find new ways to serve them.• Become an expert on Dubsado, being able to operate and understand Dubsado on the same level as our Certified Specialists themselves.• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships on shaping the long-term vision and direction of Partnerships and Certified Specialists, bringing forward your prioritization strategy and insights on new opportunities.• Own the day-to-day of the Certified Specialist Program. Manage projects/tasks proactively, and set priorities that align with the user needs, mission, and core values of the partnerships area.• Drive alignment for the Certified Specialist Program and specific partnership vision, and execute strategy within your team and across the organization through clear communication and documentation.• Promote efficient and effective communication and processes within Dubsado and the Certified Specialist Program.• Manage Certified Specialist Directory including creating and updating profiles with evolving information.• Answer partnership inquiries and address any issues or potential changes in a timely manner.• Implement applicable strategy in Kajabi and BigMarker, and work with necessary teams for proper branding and promotions. This includes but is not limited to creating and managing assets and resources, setting up automations for follow up emails, copywriting newsletters and promotion emails, and any correspondence that follows.• Relay information and feedback from our Certified Specialists to Education, Marketing, and Product teams to inform decisions.• Work alongside the Education department to ensure ongoing education and resources are provided to all applicable partners. As well as brainstorm and implement proper testing for certification exams.• Work alongside the Product department to ensure our Certified Specialists on participating in user-testing and feedback, as well are getting first success to new features being released.• Manage assignments and deadlines for features side-by-side with the Marketing team, and act as the sole quality check for all content that is created by Certified Specialists and distributed by Dubsado.
Qualifications• 1+ years experience in Community Management or Partner Relations• Excellent written and verbal communication, team management, and presentation skills• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Experience working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and timelines
Bonus points for...• Experience in Dubsado or Course Building• First-hand experience as a freelancer or small business owner• Working knowledge of Kajabi, Big Marker, Notion, Community Box, etc.• Familiarity with Intercom, Productboard, Canva, and/or Notion
