The Role: Strategic Solutions Specialist I

We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Specialist I who is responsible for the development and support of our service offerings including mobile form development and reporting. This role will entail transforming customer requirements into complete solutions that increase the value our customers derive from the GoCanvas’ products. There will be numerous opportunities to provide a significant impact on the organization. We need someone who finds solutions to challenging problems — a team player that is both independently capable and collaborative.

Your Most Important Initiatives:

● Design and develop custom mobile forms and reports to meet customer requirements

● Deliver projects within expected project timelines

● Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes

● Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development
