We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Specialist II who is responsible for the development and support of our service offerings including mobile form development and reporting. This role will entail transforming customer requirements into complete solutions that increase the value our customers derive from the GoCanvas’ products. There will be numerous opportunities to influence our solution strategy, contribute to best practices, and mentor other team members. We need someone who finds solutions to challenging problems — a team player that is both independently capable and collaborative.

You should be excited about experimenting and pushing boundaries. Our ideal teammates are constantly looking to learn something new and become better at what they do — whether that means doing self-driven research or asking the other individuals questions where they are most knowledgeable.

What You Bring:
You will need to wear many hats and be able to strategically work with your team to successfully deliver solutions to our customers.  A strong sense of ownership with a high aptitude for translating business requirements into superior results is vital.

• 1+ years of experience in a scripting language (i.e. JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc)
• Ability to juggle competing priorities
• Superior communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Goal and results oriented
• Optimistic with a value added mindset
• Proactive and easily adapts to change

Your Most Important Initiatives:

• Design and develop custom mobile forms and reports to meet customer requirements
• Deliver projects within expected project timelines
• Keep project notes and status updated within project tools according to team processes
• Communicate with the team regarding any questions, roadblocks, and challenges that arise during project development
