Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the exceptional opportunity to shape and drive the strategic direction of our Division. Your proven expertise in developing and implementing strategies will be crucial in contributing to our ongoing success. As the Strategy Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the development of the long-range Strategic Plan (STRAP) driving the strategic direction for our organization
- Evaluate the market landscape, monitor industry trends, changes in competitive environment, and identify growth opportunities
- Identify key strategic challenges and opportunities based on these trends - both organic and inorganic (M&A), generate insights on their impact on the division, and deliver data and recommendations to division leadership on path forward
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to successfully implement strategic initiatives
- Determine project scope, budgets, goals and timelines while ensuring all business requirements are fully incorporated. Ensure delivery of key milestones and adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with team members to find areas for improvement and drive continuous progress.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong track record in strategy formulation and execution, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategy development and deployment
- Proven track record in project management, with a focus on strategy development
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $143,000.00-$175,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
