Job Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and create relevant solutions
• Closely engage with global Delivery Hero teams and local organizations to design, mobilize and implement target strategies and initiatives
• Run complex and detailed analyses and build business cases to support/test hypotheses and solve problems
• Develop presentations and support communication of strategy to Executive
• Leadership Team and broader global and local organization
• Monitor, track and report implementation progress on strategic transformation initiatives while identifying potential roadblocks and risks to ensure results
• Drive research and assessment on key global and local industry trends to continuously shape strategy and inform the organization about their implications

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of e-commerce, consulting, business development or equivalent work experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields (MBA is a plus)
• Passionate about tech/ digital ecosystem
• Excited and able to effectively work and coordinate with Delivery Hero global and local organization across functions and levels
• Ability to design/ perform complex analyses and extract insights from data and translate that into clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated and result oriented with a hands-on approach
• Attention to detail
• Exceptional written & verbal communication in English and Turkish
