Your Responsibilities
As a Structures Engineer for John Deere Compact Track Loaders and Skid Steer Loaders located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will....

• Collaborate within a cross functional team to develop complex structural designs that meet customer needs
• Lead the design and print development for compact track loader and skid steer loader structures within the product delivery process of new product programs
• Innovate structural concepts that deliver impactful solutions to customers through the integrated system delivery process

What Skills You Need

• 5 or more years of project management and task assignment experience
• 5 or more years exhibiting effective interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills
• 3 or more years of structures engineering experience (design, test, analysis, quality)
• 3 or more years of modeling experience

What Makes You Stand Out

• Compact Construction Equipment engineering experience
• General knowledge of off-highway vehicle layout and configurations
• Experiencing developing and applying geometrical dimension and tolerancing principles and tolerance stack ups
• Experience performing or interpreting FEA analyses
• Experience with stampings, welding, casting, composites, and/or machining processes
• Experience in systems engineering

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Weld, Agricultural, or equivalent
