About the Internship:

The E-ZPass Customer Service team is looking for a Data Analytics intern to join their team! The E-ZPass Customer Service team works closely with customers and non-revenue account holders who use Port Authority bridges and tunnels. Our team's mission is to ensure that customers have a positive experience when contacting us. The team works to successfully resolve any outstanding issues that may occur with E-ZPass accounts and Toll Bills.

Responsibilities:

• Complete ad-hoc data analysis tasks ranging from: gathering, cleaning, and validating data outputs using Excel and Oracle SQL.
• Create Power BI visuals after gathering stakeholders' requirements.
• Maintain and improve existing Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
• Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or python.
• Maintain and improve existing team's financial model
• Create various new data collection processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester
• Major in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Beginner to intermediate SQL skills
• Proficient in technology and basic Microsoft Office platforms
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
• Working knowledge of databases
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Familiarity with metrics and KPIs is a plus

Internship Details

• The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025

• The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025

• This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)

• The format is expected to be hybrid

Compensation & Benefits

• The hourly rate range is $17.63 to $29.57 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year)
