Responsibilities

• Coordinate, consolidate and analyze closing monthly results, including demand, sales and manufacturing information. Assist in the preparation of the financial presentations, meeting the deadlines stipulated for delivery;
• Active interaction in the IBP process (Integrated business planning) along with coordination of the annual budget process and reviews as well as presentations and reports;
• Coordinate and consolidate analysis of information to take decisions since profitability analysis (by customers, channels, categories);
• Follow cash flow indirect and CCC;
• Analysis and presentation of the monthly closing, as well as the reasons for oscillation of the results presented;
• Monitor, control, design and present information and analysis related to OPEX (OPEX Business Partner);
• Administer and make flexible deliveries of ad-hoc presentations. Ensure control of processes through periodically reviewed policies and monitoring of KPIs in the area;
• Support Brazil structure related COPA process / generate solutions of actual manual process;
• Support to variance analysis about monthly/quarterly/annual closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, related courses;
• Proficiency in microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, Tableu;
• Advanced English skills; Spanish desirable;
• Experience with people management.
