Supervisory Management and Program Analyst - Deputy Executive Director

To qualify for this position, you must the following:

Specialized Experience: At least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-14) in the Federal Service that has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of this position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience includes planning, coordinating, and executing business functions, resource allocation and production; understands and applies procedures, requirements and regulations/policies related to healthcare; performing project management to include coordinating and managing projects and resources, monitoring cost, work, and performance; able to solve problems/issues in a systematic manner and recommends/takes appropriate action for reconciliation. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Physical Requirements: The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required. The work may require some periods of overtime, intense concentration, and long hours to meet program deadlines and to devise corrective action and solutions to unexpected management crises under time-sensitive conditions. The work requires almost constant use of a video display terminal.
