Job Description
- PPAP 生产零件批准过程
- 负责协调和审核供应商的 PPAP 文档确保满足产品要求和公司的质量标准
- 冲压件质量管理
- 主要负责冲压件的质量控制与管理确保供应商提供的产品符合设计和规范
- 进行供应商现场审核质量评估和性能监控提升供应商质量能力
- 问题解决
- 主导质量问题的调查与整改分析故障原因并与供应商一起制定及落实改进计划
- 跨部门协作
- 与采购工程及生产部门密切沟通推动质量改进和流程优化
资格
- 教育背景
- 工程相关专业本科及以上学历
- 语言能力
- 良好的英语口语能力能够有效进行国际沟通与协作
- 工作经验
- 3 年以上相关领域工作经验具有冲压件质量管理经验者优先
- 专业技能
- 熟悉质量管理工具和方法如 FMEA SPC 8D 报告等有 PPAP 审核经验者优先
