The Role

Are you a collaborative & detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing a digital supply chain? Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Analyst Center of Excellence (CoE)! In this pivotal role, you will support the implementation and roadmap of various trade compliance systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our global compliance team. As a key player in our Global Trade team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support projects, and help build our programs to maintain our competitive edge. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you! This analyst role will focus on the systems required for Trade compliance, but it does not require a Compliance nor IT background. This is a great opportunity for an eager individual that is early in their Supply Chain career path, looking to learn and grown with our team.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Program Support: With the direction of the Program Manager, support designated system for compliance growth. This may include, but is not limited to, data entry, report building, & configuration updates.

Project Support: Support the execution of complex supply chain projects from inception to completion. This will include data organization, timeline tracking, and clear communication of project plans.

Change Management: Drive success in user adoption by ensuring change management is a priority. Update or create new training manuals for the designated systems for Trade Compliance.

Who You Are

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, lead, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail oriented individual with a passion for continuous improvement.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Have 1-3 years of Supply Chain experience (Trade Compliance, Logistics, or Procurement) in a large, multi-national organization; preferably in the apparel or footwear industry.
  • Prior experience using a Supply Chain (such as Infor Nexus) or Compliance (such as Descartes or OneSource) system is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of all Microsoft Suite of programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in speaking & writing English

$72,000 - $78,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
