WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

He/she will work in a cross-functional, agile environment that spans across Türkiye and services the MPU's operational business needs. He/she will be reporting into the Supply Chain & Logistics Director Türkiye & Israel and will work closely with his/her partners including sales, marketplace supply chain, planning and logistics. He/she will also daily connect with customers and logistics supplier.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Supply Chain Logistics Professional - Stores, he/she always starts with the consumer in mind. He/she ensures reliable and smooth distribution of full-price & off-price Nike products to Nike Direct Stores both from X-Dock & Local DC and also expected to monitor & influence all forward and reverse logistics processes that materially impact inventory levels over time while working closely with Distribution & Local DC Inventory Planning Teams. Logistics Professional for Stores is also expected to influence and coordinate logistics supplier relationship (3PL) management, logistics processes set up, maintenance & control. Logistics Professional for Stores is also the bridge btw EHQ Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Team and Country Operations Team. He/she utilizes diagnostic and predictive analytics to make smart business decisions. He/she keeps business partners informed and engaged of risks and opportunities, and actively partner with all respective functions to find optimal supply chain and commercial solutions. Optimizing and improving logistics processes and execution is a core responsibility. He/she engages in key projects evolving existing business capabilities using agile principles. He/she is expected to hold following qualifications and skillset

• Proven experience in supply chain operations, retail allocation, or logistics management role within the retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams
• Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence as well as innovative mentality and proven track record in delivering process improvement
• Demonstrate knowledge of Financial acumen, Modeling & Analysis, Order management
• Digital literacy: MS office, advanced Excel, SAP, Cognos and Tableau. Proficiency in English.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON;

You will be accountable for the Nike Direct stores supply chain execution in line with business demand and service expectation. You will be the point of contact with Nike Direct stores in terms of all deliveries and return organizations. You will be the voice of Operations Team in Country X-Functional Nike Direct Team and bridge btw EHQ Nike Direct MSC Team and Türkiye Operations Team. You are expected to:

• Own, track, and improve Supply Chain performance indicators to maximize service, cost, convenience and sustainability for the country Nike Direct Stores.
• Develop excellent working relationships with your external partners, understand their strategies and priorities, and keep them up-to-date of risks and opportunities.
• Daily control and coordination work of Local DC, X-Dock, Transportation operations according to plans, capacity and hold & inventory figures, business and stores need. Support priority deliveries to stores, work on express solutions
• Prioritize return calendar for retailers inline with marketplace & financial health needs. Ensure extra return requests are in line with warehouse capacity & customer targets
• Focus on continuous process improvement, uncover opportunities on operational level and initiate analytical projects.
