Position Description

Job Summary

THE ROLE

• Reviews the production schedule and customer orders.
• Collaborates with the production team to align their output with shipping requirements, ensuring timely product availability.
• Orchestrates efficient production to customer flow, optimizing logistics, inventory and scheduling for seamless manufacturing operations.
• Utilizes analytical skills to assess inventory levels identifying potential shortages and surpluses.
• Team building through coaching and check-ins; recognizing team and individual achievement.
• Typical working hours are 7 to 3:30

Required Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year college degree in business or breadth of experience preferred
• DOT certification preferred
• 5 to 8 years of supply chain supervisory or 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, excel analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven ability in planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, problem-solving, negotiating and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
