Supply Chain Specialist with Spanish

Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Supply Chain Specialist with Spanish
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o.
Hybrid / Remote Work

Responsibilities:
Work on activities related to supply chain process: PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, , SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring)
Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization
Manual PO Placement
Collaboration with suppliers
Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries
Missing parts management
Dispute Management

SAP parameter setting for optimization
Identify risks and set up action by anticipation
To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
Provide weekly operational reports
Document process documentation and standard methodologies
Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements:
Good Spanish (min. C1)
Good English (min. B2)
At least 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
At least Bachelor Degree
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
SAP knowledge nice to have
