Job Description

Feladata:

• Biztosítani az első szintű felhasználói támogatást, hibaelhárítást.
• A Technikai vezető által kiadott feladatok elvégzése.
• IT-laborok, telekommunikációs helységek, tárgyalók rendben tartása, ellenőrzési napló folyamatos vezetése
• Gyártósoron lévő hálózati rack szekrények ellenőrzése, ellenőrzési napló vezetése
• Műszak átadás-átvétel a szabályok alapján
• Informatikai projectek kivitelezésében való részvétel
• IT laborokban lévő eszközökről naprakész leltár vezetése a szabályok alapján

Elvárásaink:

• Középfokú informatikai szakirányban szerzett végzettség
• Felhasználói szintű Microsoft Windows ismeretek.
• Felhasználói szintű Office ismeretek.
• Alapvető számítógépes hardver elemek ismerete.
• Hálózatok és hálózati eszközök működési alapelvei.
• Alapszintű angol nyelvtudás.

Előnyt jelent:

• Legalább 1 éves gyakorlat informatikai területen.
• Középfokú angol nyelvtudás.
