Job Description
Overview:
Zenith is looking for an SVP, Content to oversee select key accounts and aid in overall practice management, growth ambitions and talent development. As a content/integrated marketing subject matter expert, this person will also maintain and cultivate high profile industry relationships with key partners and represent Zenith at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Practice Management
- Help to lead total content & influencer practice across the organization, inclusive of thought leadership, sharing of learnings, staff development/training & mentorship, and innovation efforts.
- Drive meaningful connectivity with adjacent practices, notably Cultural Convergence, Commerce, and Business Affairs
- Manage interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating practice team members including performance reviews for direct reports, helping them to further grow in their career.
- Oversee total practice resource management and succession planning in partnership with EVP, content
Integrated Strategic Development & Execution
- Command a comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing across all media channels and develop customized, first to market content experiences for those channels.
- Set north star vision for content strategy, utilizing data-backed narratives to identify places and spaces to play across client LOBs.
- Deep industry relationships with key media partners, IP holders, and/or talent to identify up and coming opportunities before they reach the broader media marketplace.
- Supervise the development, and monitoring of individual custom content & innovation executions, assuring quality control across implementation while mapping back to strategic intent; serve as key point of escalation for day-to-day client needs.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Investment, Search and Analytics teams to deliver measurable ROI across all custom programs where relevant.
Growth
- Build strong relationship with client team leads, continuously showcasing Zenith’s content strengths, thought leadership, innovation capabilities, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Identify opportunities for new growth across key practice capabilities and relevant Publicis solutions to deliver against individual client KPIs.
- Deliver compelling thought leadership perspectives & POVs, including industry-facing whitepapers, panel participations, and public speaking engagements representing the practice.
- Participate in new business pitches as required
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Integrated Marketing & Content experience
- Track record of building successful client relationships built on mutual trust and shared discuss
- Fluency in agency commercials, staff planning and P&L management
- Strong written & verbal presentation skills; ability to ‘command a room’
- History of success in supporting new business acquisitions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Significant experience in a service, delivery and/or customer focused organization is required
- Commitment to delivering creative solutions, and the ability to align team members behind creative solutions

Compensation Range: $167,000 - $220,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
